Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, fast-learning candidate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to develop new skills. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, analytical, and comfortable working in an agile workplace. You will collaborate closely with the founder and play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing client reporting, building dashboards, developing dynamic websites, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Leveraging tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to build and maintain dashboards for internal and client use, designing measurement frameworks, and gathering performance insights.

  • Website Development: Building SEO-optimized websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and other tools.

  • Internal Business Operations: Streamlining internal processes, optimizing workflows, conducting market research to uncover expansion opportunities, assisting in business development and customer acquisition efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong tech skills and a passion for marketing tech and data visualization.

  • A fast learner with a curious mindset and ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL etc.)

  • Experience with website builders is a plus (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Interest in working with startups and growing with a small company.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; relevant work experience is a plus.
