Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, fast-learning builder who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help shape the foundation of a growing company. You will build AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that streamline internal operations, support data analytics and reporting, accelerate website development, and improve overall client outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, technically curious, and eager to continuously learn and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Workflow Automation: Build and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, and internal workflows that streamline operations, improve team productivity, and reduce manual processes across the business.
Systems, Research & Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement by researching emerging tools, AI technologies, and scalable systems that accelerate website development, research, and client delivery.
Data & Cross-Functional Support: Support data analytics, reporting, website development, client deliverables, and internal operations by contributing across projects and helping the team move quickly as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For:
Strong technical aptitude and interest in AI tools, automation, productivity systems, and emerging technologies
1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, technology, digital projects, or related fields
Hands-on experience using AI tools or automation workflows; experience building or working with AI agents is a plus
Experience with APIs and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and take initiative in an unstructured environment
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets; familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Power BI is a plus
Experience with website builders or digital tools such as WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace is a plus
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Interest in startups and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bachelor’s degree required; relevant hands-on experience is highly valued
